Adults 19 years of age or older – mix 1 Scoop once a day. Mix the product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (8oz water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. To be consumed no later than 90 minutes after exercise.

Issue with batch? Usually tastes great

I've purchased the Brownie Batter protein for a few years now, and have found it one of the best on the market.
There was a "factory upgrade" in the fall, and it was hard to source. Not a big deal, but, when I repurchased the 2lbs Brownie Batter (LOT2451005A EXP2027OCT) after it was available again, I was very disappointed. It was bitter, chalky, and downright disgusting.
After 3 attempts of contacting customer service, I finally received a reply. To the individual's credit, they did send me 1 replacement container (though it's going to take over 2 weeks to arrive) and said they would pass the information to the factory team.
I'm going to try repurchasing a different batch in-person, and hope it's back to normal. It was my go-to for years and I'd love for it to continue to be.
