I've purchased the Brownie Batter protein for a few years now, and have found it one of the best on the market.
There was a "factory upgrade" in the fall, and it was hard to source. Not a big deal, but, when I repurchased the 2lbs Brownie Batter (LOT2451005A EXP2027OCT) after it was available again, I was very disappointed. It was bitter, chalky, and downright disgusting.
After 3 attempts of contacting customer service, I finally received a reply. To the individual's credit, they did send me 1 replacement container (though it's going to take over 2 weeks to arrive) and said they would pass the information to the factory team.
I'm going to try repurchasing a different batch in-person, and hope it's back to normal. It was my go-to for years and I'd love for it to continue to be.
Horrible customer service, I can't even rate the product since I'm missing half my order.
This has been my go to protein for years, the last two I have received had been rancid. Expiring in October 2027, the batch i received expiring April 2027 was fine. Not sure what the change has been but it is very disappointing.
The BY Vegan protein powder has been my fave for years. I love that it tastes good both hot and cold, as my main use for it is in protein oats. The Vanilla is my favourite flavour with the chocolate brownie second. This recent shipment of Vanilla feels a bit different though, not sure if the formula has changed at all but the consistency and texture feels a bit different. It's still good but I prefer the consistency that I believe I've had before which was smoother.
I bought every flavour to try. My favourite at the moment is the cookie dough one. They're a bit too sweet in my opinion like others have already commented. I don't like the cupcake flavour at all though, it tastes like horse barn. Don't get the cupcake flavour

It was great to be able to find this online and them have it in stock. The peanut butter dream is the dream indeed.
Incredibly delicious taste. I could get addicted to it. I'm assuming it's good for me. 🙂
